Your mining earnings
Send BTC from your ECOS mining balance to an external Bitcoin wallet. This guide walks you through the withdrawal form in your web account, from checking your balance to confirming a request.
Bitcoin transfers cannot be reversed once sent. Check the full address and the receiving network before you confirm.
The withdrawal process
Available earnings in your ECOS account
Your confirmation and ECOS security checks
Network confirmations after the transfer is sent
The essentials to check before opening the withdrawal form.
01 / Get ready
A few checks now can prevent a failed request or a transfer to the wrong wallet.
Verify your email and phone number, and turn on two-factor authentication in account settings. Keep access to your registered email for withdrawal confirmation.
Open account settingsCheck the main BTC balance and the current minimum. Trial and promotional balances have separate conditions; the full portfolio value is not necessarily available to withdraw.
ECOS may ask for identification or further information before approving a withdrawal. Follow the instructions you receive and check the applicable limits in the Terms.
Read the Terms of UseUse a Bitcoin receiving address from your wallet or exchange. Check its deposit instructions and make sure it accepts BTC on the Bitcoin network.
The amount entered in the form includes the fee. Check the fee and the separate amount you will receive before continuing.
02 / Submit a request
These steps describe the ECOS web account. Sign in with the account that holds your mining balance.
Sign in and open Withdrawals. If the form asks you to complete account security, open settings and follow the prompts first.
Withdraw BTCThe form shows your available BTC balance and the minimum withdrawal amount. The current reference minimum is 0.001 BTC; use the value shown in your account if it has changed.
Enter the receiving address from your external wallet or exchange. Compare the complete address with the original and check the receiving network.
How to check a BTC addressEnter an amount within your available balance that meets the minimum. The fee is deducted from this amount.
Check the address, fee and the amount shown under “You will receive:”. Read the acknowledgements in the form and select them only when you agree.
Select Withdraw now, read the warning in the dialog, then select Confirm. A submission message means ECOS has received your request; it does not mean the BTC has arrived.
Check your registered email and complete the withdrawal confirmation. If ECOS requests further identity or security checks, follow those instructions too.
Open Transactions and select the Withdrawals tab. For help with processing or a blockchain transaction ID, contact Support with the request details.
View withdrawal history03 / Know the rules
Use the account for current amounts and the Terms for the rules that apply to a request.

| Identification and limits | Limits depend on identification level. Identity and security checks must be completed and approved; ECOS may request further information. | Terms of Use |
| Email confirmation | Complete the withdrawal confirmation sent to your registered email address. | Your registered email |
| Fee and amount received | The form shows the current withdrawal fee. The amount you will receive is the entered amount less that fee. | Withdrawal form |
| Security review | The Terms set out a 24-hour review period that may be extended for additional checks. Weekends and public holidays do not count toward this period. | Terms of Use |
| Bitcoin confirmations | After the transfer is sent, confirmation time depends on the Bitcoin network and the receiving service's requirements. | Receiving wallet or exchange |
The confirmed minimum, fee and applicable account limits govern your request. These may change under the Terms, security requirements or applicable law. Review the current details before you confirm.
04 / Common questions
Need help with a particular request? Support can check the account details that this guide cannot.
Contact SupportSign in to the ECOS web account and open Withdrawals. Enter your external Bitcoin address and amount, review the fee and amount received, then confirm the request. Complete the email confirmation and any additional checks requested by ECOS.
The current minimum is 0.001 BTC. It may change, so check the minimum shown in the withdrawal form before submitting a request. The value in your account applies to your withdrawal.
The Terms describe a 24-hour security review period, which may be extended for additional checks. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from that period. After ECOS sends the transfer, Bitcoin network confirmations take additional time. This is not a guarantee that the BTC will arrive within 24 hours.
The Terms require identification and security checks to be completed and approved, and link withdrawal limits to identification level. ECOS may request additional documents or information. The web form also requires a verified email, verified phone number and enabled two-factor authentication.
Check the current fee in the withdrawal form. It is deducted from the amount you enter. Review the separate amount you will receive before confirming; this guide does not set a fixed fee.
A request may still need email confirmation, security review or additional information. If the transfer has already been sent, it may be waiting for Bitcoin confirmations. Check your email and withdrawal history, then contact Support if you need an update on your particular request.
Open your withdrawal history to find the request details. A request ID is not necessarily a Bitcoin transaction ID (TXID). If you do not have the blockchain TXID, ask Support for help. Once a transfer has been broadcast and you have its TXID, you can check it in a Bitcoin block explorer.
You can close the confirmation dialog before submitting. After submission, contact Support promptly if you need to stop the request; cancellation is not guaranteed. Once the transfer has been sent to the Bitcoin network, it cannot be reversed.
Use an external wallet or exchange that accepts BTC deposits on the Bitcoin network. Check the receiving service’s address, network and deposit requirements. Do not use an address for another asset or network.
Before confirming, replace it with the correct address and check it again. If you have already submitted the request, contact Support immediately with the request details. ECOS cannot guarantee it can stop the transfer or recover funds sent to an incorrect address.
No. Mining returns depend on factors such as network difficulty and Bitcoin price. Withdrawal timing also depends on account checks, the review rules in the Terms and Bitcoin network confirmations. Neither a fixed return nor a guaranteed arrival time should be assumed.
